"I do not usually leave reviews, but the customer service I was shown by Tatum is worth the effort. I received a quote in August and it was higher than what I was already paying. Tatum did not try to sell me and understood my decision to stay with my current company. She then called me this week to let me know that rates had dropped if I was still unhappy with my other insurance company. She took the time to explain everything to me regarding my home and auto and not only did she get my premiums down, I am now receiving better coverage. I appreciate the follow up without feeling pressured and the patience when I asked several questions."

"Every staff person I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and patient. We recently moved and to have all of our policies transferred. The team was very helpful in navigating that along with reviewing our coverage and making adjustments as needed. Most recently my payment information had been lifted. I had to close my account which affected many things, including my State Farm auto pay. Wayde and Terrica were very helpful getting everything back in order. Thank you for all you do- Jennifer"

"My truck was stolen in July. I called my agent Zack Muzzy to cancel the policy. I was advised that if I canceled then I would have to start over with new policy when getting a new vehicle.
